Job Description

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least 3 years in CSM-specific implementations.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).

ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) certification is highly preferred.

Deep understanding of ServiceNow CSM architecture, including Case Lifecycle, Agent Workspace, and Knowledge Management.

Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide API, and experience with REST/SOAP integrations.

Familiarity with data import/export, MID servers, and integration patterns.
