Development and configuration: Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules (CSM or FSO), workflows, and catalog items. This includes setting up forms, fields, client scripts, business rules, and UI policies.
Integration: Build and maintain integrations with other systems and third-party applications using tools like REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
Customization: Write and maintain custom code using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to meet specific business needs.
Data management: Manage data imports, exports, and transformations, and ensure data integrity.
Troubleshooting and support: Provide technical support to users, identify and resolve software flaws, and conduct regression testing.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
Requirements:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
ServiceNow development experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) or Financial Services Operations (FSO) REQUIRED. [years based on job-level]
Knowledge and/or micro-certification in at least one of the following:
