Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on development and customization experience on the ServiceNow platform. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and integrating ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, Workflows, REST/SOAP integrations, Agent Workspace, and ServiceNow Mobile Applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and customize enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Develop client-side and server-side scripts using JavaScript.

Create and maintain Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, UI Actions, and Script Includes.

Develop workflows and automation using Flow Designer and ServiceNow Workflows.

Configure and customize Agent Workspace and Configurable Workspaces.

Build and configure ServiceNow Mobile Applications.

Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and Web Services.

Troubleshoot integration failures and ServiceNow application issues.

Manage Update Sets and follow ServiceNow development and deployment best practices.

Configure Access Control Lists (ACLs) and maintain platform security.

Work with the ServiceNow data model and ensure proper data relationships.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Perform testing, debugging, code reviews, and technical documentation.

Follow ServiceNow platform governance and development standards.
