Job Description:
Candidate should have experience in CSM, SOM ,Integration,ITSM
5 Years of ServiceNow design development and implementation experience including integrations with third party tools
ServiceNow development configuration of Customer Service Management and Order Management
Handson experience in JavaScript as an individual contributor
Process understanding of customer service management and order management
Good Experience in ServiceNow modules and custom applications including CSM module implementation development
Good experience in Service Portal and Content Management development
Good experience in web based Integration SOAP REST and any other type of integration
Good knowledge of Service Request Management and Workflows
Experience in managing Client discussion and Requirement gathering
Good communication and presentation skill
Proficiency with AJAX
