Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to design, implement, and support ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to configure ITSM processes, customize applications, and improve operational efficiency using the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead ServiceNow implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Asset Management.
  • Develop workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations using ServiceNow Studio and scripting tools.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Conduct system administration tasks such as user and role management, update sets, and performance tuning.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise tools via REST, SOAP, MID Server, and APIs.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security policies, and best practices within the ServiceNow environment.
  • Create technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge articles for end users and administrators.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of ServiceNow processes and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform implementation and customization.
  • Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and modules.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, Jelly scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow Studio development environment.
  • Experience in ServiceNow integration with third-party systems.
  • Knowledge of CMDB design and configuration management best practices.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
  • Experience with Service Portal and UI/UX customization.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and practices.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools integration.
