Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle implementation of the ServiceNow BCM module (requirements gathering deployment post-go-live support).
- Conduct workshops, perform Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), and gather business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Configure and customize BCM module (forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, automated reporting).
- Integrate BCM with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, ITOM) and third-party systems via APIs/web services.
- Develop & execute UAT, integration, and regression test cases.
- Create system documentation, process flows, training materials, and conduct workshops.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years of ServiceNow development & implementation experience, with 2+ years on GRC/IRM suite (BCM module preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow core platform, CMDB architecture, and JavaScript scripting (client & server side).
- Solid understanding of business continuity, disaster recovery, BIAs, RTOs, RPOs, and crisis management.
- Certifications:Required:ServiceNow CSA;Desired:ServiceNow GRC BCM Implementer, CBCP.
