Job Title: ServiceNow Consultant
Location: Remote
Work Schedule: 2 hours per day[7 pm to 9 pm IST]
Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant (47 years of experience) to provide 2 hours of daily support across integrations, ITSM/ITOM modules, and platform maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will be highly hands-on with CMDB, MID Server, and integrations, and capable of managing post-clone and system configuration tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily ServiceNow support (2 hours/day) for troubleshooting, enhancements, and configuration updates
Manage and maintain CMDB health, discovery mapping, and MID Server configuration
Support OAuth-based and API integrations with external systems
Handle post-clone activities, reconfiguration, validation, and environment alignment
Perform analysis and troubleshooting across ITSM and ITOM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Discovery, Event Mgmt, etc.)
Conduct impact analysis across multiple modules for changes and integrations
Support and enhance Microsoft-based integrations such as O365, MS Teams, Azure AD within ServiceNow
Assist with updates, workflows, notifications, and platform optimization tasks
Collaborate with internal teams to address issues and deliver quick turnaround support
Qualifications
47 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Consultant / Developer / Administrator
Strong expertise with CMDB, Discovery, MID Server, and normalization
Proven experience with OAuth 2.0 integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and system integrations
Solid understanding of ITSM and/or ITOM implementation and troubleshooting
Experience supporting post-clone activities and instance reconfiguration
Preferred: Prior experience integrating Microsoft O365, MS Teams, and Azure services
ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM/ITOM, CAD) are a plus
Ability to work independently and support business-critical issues within tight windows
