Your role
- Design, develop, and enhance Service Catalog and Request Catalog solutions.
- Create and maintain Catalog Items, Record Producers, Order Guides, and Variable Sets.
- Implement Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Business Rules.
- Build and maintain Workflows and Flow Designer flows for fulfillment automation.
- Integrate Service Catalog solutions with ITSM modules such as Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management.
- Maintain technical documentation, knowledge transfer artifacts, and configuration details.
Job Profile
- Handson ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong handson experience with Service Catalog / Request Management.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other ServiceNow scripting capabilities.
- Experience with Catalog UI customization and ServiceNow ACLs, roles, and security.
