Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a ServiceNow Business Analyst Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for guiding and mentoring aspiring professionals by conducting training sessions, delivering comprehensive learning materials, and providing insights into ServiceNow and business analysis concepts. Key responsibilities include developing and delivering trainer-led courses, evaluating trainee progress, providing real-world project examples, and supporting students practical understanding of business analysis and business processes. Strong communication and mentorship capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Requirements gathering.
• 6+ years experience working on ServiceNow.
• Experience working as (a) ServiceNow Business Analyst or (b) ServiceNow Functional Consultant or (c) ServiceNow Administrator (with BA exposure).
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively train and mentor professionals.
• Experience with ServiceNow and its application in business environments.
• Familiarity with training techniques such as scenario-based learning methods.
• Ability to work independently in a remote role.
• Relevant certifications in business analysis or ServiceNow preferred.
• Prior training experience is an absolute must.
