- The ability to show evidence that you can work with clients, distill requirements, work in partnership with client's and engineers to deliver solutions, document and drive signoff

- Support analysis of business processes and provide innovative and scalable solutions to increase operational maturity for client
- Follow-up on outstanding client needs and provide timely status reports to Project Manager and Process Consultant on engagement
- Builds positive relationships with external clients by providing excellent service/support and consistent communication as appropriate
- Performs accurate internal operational tasks such as time tracking, expense reporting and knowledge sharing
- Analysing and documenting requirements for particular ITIL processes and maping them to the Service Now tool

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

- Experience in developing Manual and automation test scripts with CYARA.
- Hands-on experience in CYARA and should have extensive experience in using Data driven, Cruncher/Cruncher Lite, Tags and running campaigns.
- Hands-on experience in preparing quality test cases.
- Experience in Automated IVR Functional Testing.
- Engineer familiar with all aspects of testing and tooling - mobile testing experience.
- Test Plan Creation and Management.
- Design and develop automated UI tests.
- Write test frameworks for API and mobile app performance. Additionally, they provide qualitative and quantitative feedback to the Engineering, Creative, and other teams throughout feature development.
- Experience providing QA for mobile, web, and back-end services.
- Should be capable of writing and executing manual tests for mobile apps.
- Good understanding of APIs.
- Significant experience with agile development methodologies and tooling etc. Eg: Scrum, Jira & Confluence.
