Job Summary:
Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst
Looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with 7+ years of overall experience, including 3–6 years on the ServiceNow platform. The candidate should have strong expertise in ITSM/CSM processes, requirement gathering, BRD/FRD documentation, workflow mapping, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management. Experience with UAT/SIT support, reporting, dashboards, CMDB, HRSD, and ServiceNow integrations is preferred. ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CIS) are an added advantage.
