Job Description:-

• Candidate must have around 8 years of overall working experience as a business analyst and at least 5 years of working experience in ServiceNow Studios that include CSM, ITSM
• Work closely with developers and project team to ensure all requirements are understood and documented.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed functional requirements user stories and process flows Coordinate all the meetings.
• Analyze business and user needs document requirements and translate them into system specifications including use cases story writings process models and diagrams.
• Proficiency in Agile tools such as ServiceNow Agile JIRA and Azure DevOps Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage backlogs
