Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong experience in CMDB, CSDM, and ITSM modules. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective requirement gathering, documentation, and successful delivery within an Agile environment.

Qualification & Certification:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications
• Drive CMDB and CSDM alignment, including service mapping and data model structuring
• Collaborate with development and admin teams for solution design and delivery
• Create and maintain documentation such as: BRD, FRD, User stories and acceptance criteria
• Process flows and SOPs
• Support ITSM module implementations (Incident, Change, Problem, Request Management)
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups
• Ensure data quality and governance within CMDB
