Job Description

  • Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
  • Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
  • Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
  • Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

  • Experienced Business Analyst with 5+ years of overall experience, including a minimum of 2 years working on ServiceNow-related projects.
  • Strong track record of delivering business requirements, process improvements, and functional specifications within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Location: Remote
Shift Timing: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
Joining / Onboarding: Immediate, starting on 1st December 2025
