The Business Analyst will collect and drive business priorities by translating business needs and requirements into IT specifications and implemented capabilities.
As part of the Global Digital Solutions team, and supporting the broader CX portfolio, this role operates within Scrum teams to understand consumer needs, write business and/or technical user stories, and, when required, lead and implement technical delivery of solutions.
The role requires strong problem-solving capabilities within an Agile framework, ensuring alignment of goals, scope, and product domain across all stakeholders.
Your tasks
- Working with business stakeholders to understand business problems and conditions
- Translating business requirements into functional solutions and improving user experience
- Applying compliance requirements and supporting documentation and audit activities
- Shaping business needs and translating them into innovative, multi-platform solutions
- Writing, managing, and refining user stories and developing use cases for complex requirements
- Leading technical delivery of solutions aligned to defined user stories
- Ensuring Agile teams stay ahead of sprint cycles with well-prepared backlog
- Promoting User Experience and Design Thinking principles in delivered solutions
- Monitoring product health, technical quality, and business impact using defined metrics
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow platform
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSDM, HR)
- Experience in functional analysis, solution design, and documentation
- Ability to create functional design documents, configuration documents, and test plans
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog prioritization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient level of English

- Experience with UX and Design Thinking approaches
- Exposure to compliance and governance frameworks
- Experience leading technical delivery within Agile teams
