Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow implementations.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other business analysts to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Engage with ABAP teams and Functional Analysts for comprehensive test planning and execution.
- Participate in presales activities, providing insights on ServiceNow capabilities to potential clients.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams to drive project success.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ServiceNow implementations
- Hands-on knowledge as a ServiceNow Business Process Architect, understanding workflow design, modules, and platform capabilities
- Experience in presales activities, including solution demonstrations and client requirement discussions
- Ability to collaborate with product owners, developers, ABAP teams, and Functional Analysts for requirement gathering, test planning, and execution
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integration points
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience in cross-functional team collaboration and working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Empathetic approach towards end-users and stakeholders, ensuring smooth adoption and user satisfaction
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver projects within scope
Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
