ServiceNow Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing ServiceNow applications and solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and function correctly. This individual will work closely with developers, business analysts, and other team members to ensure the quality and performance of ServiceNow solutions.

Location : INDIA / Philippines (Remote)

Experience: 6+ years

Type : Contract, 12 months, extendable

Shift - 6.30 am to 3.30 PM IST (Remote)

Required Skills

• Strong experience working as a Business Analyst in ServiceNow projects.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management).
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Ability to create BRD, FRD, user stories, and process documentation.
• Experience in UAT coordination and test case preparation.
• Strong stakeholder communication and requirement gathering skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow platform implementations and enhancements.
• Conduct workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement elicitation sessions to understand business needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows.
• Work closely with ServiceNow developers and architects to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
• Support ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or ITBM depending on project scope.
• Perform gap analysis between current processes and ServiceNow capabilities.
• Create process flow diagrams, BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
• Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and coordinating with business users.
• Ensure proper documentation, change management, and training materials are prepared.
• Provide post-implementation support and process improvement recommendations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, CSM, ITOM, or SecOps.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and APIs.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting and dashboards.
• Experience working with ServiceNow implementation partners or global clients.
