• Develop ServiceNow scripts and workflows to support business processes
• Customize ITSM modules such as incident, problem, and change management
• Use JavaScript, HTML, Bootstrap, and Angular for frontend enhancements
• Work with other ITSM tools like HPSM where required
• Understand and implement ServiceNow platform features and functionalities
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues on ServiceNow platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and platform best practices
• Support integration between ServiceNow and external systems
• Maintain documentation for configurations and custom developments
