Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

● Having 9+ Years experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.

● Strong expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, and data modeling.

● Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, JDBC, LDAP, etc.).

● Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, including ACLs, Business

Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.

● Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.

● Architect and design scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM,

● Lead end-to-end development of custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow

Studio, Flow Designer, and scripting (JavaScript).

● Design and implement system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and

● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical

● Ensure platform governance, performance optimization, and adherence to best

● Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical standards.
