Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and create detailed design documents.
  • Develop technical roadmaps for IT service management (ITSM) implementation using ServiceNow platform.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ITIL v3/4 framework.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in ServiceNow Lead role.
  • Strong expertise in CSM, HRSd, Integration modules of ServiceNow platform.
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects from initiation to delivery.
