Job Description

Our client is a technology consulting firm specializing in enterprise workflow transformation on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven automation. We help organizations design and deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, resilience, and customer experience across complex environments.

Position Type: Permanent

Mode of Interview: Virtual

Work Mode: Remote / Hybrid

Location: Hyderabad (preferred), India

Key skills: ServiceNow Architect, ITOM, ITSM Modules, CMDB, Service Mapping Discovery and Event Management experience etc.

Key responsibilities

  • Strong exposure to large enterprise implementations
  • Establish standards, patterns, and best practices across ServiceNow modules
  • Define data models, workflows, integrations, and automation strategies
  • Work directly with stakeholders to:

  • Convert them into scalable ServiceNow solutions

Role requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
  • Proven experience in an Architect role
  • Key ServiceNow Modules
  • ITSM
  • ITOM
  • CSM / TSM
  • HRSD
  • SecOps
  • CMDB & Discovery
  • ServiceNow configuration and customization
  • JavaScript, Glide APIs (client & server-side)
  • End-to-end implementations and integrations
  • Client-facing communication experience
  • ServiceNow best practices and security
  • CSA / CIS / CAD / CTA certifications preferred
