Hiring for: ServiceNow Architect
Desired Experience Range: 4-6 years
Location: Bangalore
Must Have:
- 4+ Years of experience in ServiceNow Platform - ITSM, CSM modules
- Experience to guide the architecture design and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules
- Configure and develop ServiceNow ITSM modules, including but not limited to Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Continual Improvement, and Request Management, Virtual Agent, Now Mobile, Employee Center, and Service Catalog,
- Implement CSM solutions such as case management, knowledge portals, virtual agents, and proactive service workflows
