We're looking for a skilled ServiceNow Consultant to design, implement, and administer IT Service Management frameworks.
Required Skills:
- ServiceNow ITSM Expertise: Proven ability to design, build, implement, and administer ServiceNow's IT Service Management frameworks, including modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.
- Integration Experience: Exposure to integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications and data sources. This commonly includes CMDB, KEDB, Event Monitoring, User Administration, and Single Sign-on.
- Integration Technologies: Experience with integration methods like Web Services, JDBC, LDAP, Excel, CSV, and Email, as well as industry-standard command-line technologies utilizing API, SOAP, REST, or WSDL.
- CSM Modules: Experience in the implementation of CSM (Customer Service Management) Modules.
- Development & Customization: Hands-on development and working experience with ServiceNow plugins and customizations. This includes expertise in Business Service Design, Service Offerings, and Service Portfolio, often requiring in-depth evaluation and specialized technical knowledge.
