ServiceNow Architect/Lead/Developer

Main Priorities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Configure and customize modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
• Develop UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Script Includes as per business requirements.
• Create and maintain Integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Work on Service Portal customization and workflow automation using Flow Designer or legacy workflows.
• Support upgrades, patches, and testing ensuring minimal impact on existing functionalities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform impact analysis, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and platform governance activities.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Skills/ Knowledge:

• 45+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and platform capabilities.
• Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML/CSS, and AngularJS (for Service Portal).
• Experience in developing Workflows / Flow Designer flows and Orchestration integrations.
• Good understanding of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or ITBM modules.
• Knowledge of CMDB and Discovery processes is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices for ServiceNow (e.g., Git, Jenkins, ATF).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred.
