Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions to streamline business processes and improve service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
- Lead the development and customization of ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create functional specifications.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team.
- Ensure best practices are followed in ServiceNow implementation and upgrades.
- Perform system administration tasks including user management, access controls, and application configuration.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8-18 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and web services (REST, SOAP).
- Proficient in ServiceNow module configuration, customization, and integration with third-party applications.
- Understanding of ITIL framework and best practices in IT service management.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrade processes and application performance optimization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are a plus.
