- ServiceNow subject matter expert with 3+ hands-on experience in ServiceNow applications/modules (TSM [or CSM/ ITSM] , TNI [or CMDB] , OMT , FSM , TSOM [or ITOM ] , GRC , SecOps) working on Functional architecture, Data Architecture and Integration architecture.
- Document Architecture Blueprints and Technical design for stakeholder signoff. Candidates should know TMF ODA and OpenAPIs OSS capabilities that will be generally used to integrate ServiceNow with rest of OSS/BSS landscape.
- Good knowledge of Products & Service Catalog PSR hierarchy, Inventory and the common design patterns like Catalog-Driven-Orchestration, Closed-Loop-Assurance, Real-Time-Inventory, Network-as-a-Service for Solution design in Service fulfilment & Assurance domain.
- Architect and develop innovative solutions in collaboration with a cross-functional team including Custom-Applications (Built-On-Now) for extending Capabilities
- Experience in implementation and estimation techniques.
- Responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents
- Provide expert level support and technical mentoring to implementation teams.
- Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow's capabilities, performance, and constraints.
- Support practice build efforts to include development of practice intellectual property (IP)
- Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept / Proof of Value engagements with prospects
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model and structures, proposing and enforcing coding standards.
- Good experience in Agile way of working (Scrum, User Story, Sprint model), JIRA & Confluence tools
- Candidate should possess Good Communication & Client- interfacing skills.
