Key Responsibilities:
Technical Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions
- Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow platform
- Configure and implement ServiceNow modules (CSM, ITSM, etc.)
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead and mentor junior developers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams
Quality and Testing
- Ensure high-quality deliverables through rigorous testing and validation
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Best Practices and Innovation
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices and latest features
- Implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
Technical Skills
- 9+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, CSM, and ITSM modules
- Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, Angular, etc.)
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices
