Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations and drive platform architecture initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical expertise across ServiceNow modules, strong solution design capabilities, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

We are specifically looking for Immediate Joiners or candidates serving notice period.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow modules and enterprise transformation programs.
• Define platform architecture, governance, and technical best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and leadership for solution planning and execution.
• Architect integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization activities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Ensure platform security, scalability, and maintainability.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation.
• Hands-on experience in modules such as:
• ITSM
• ITOM
• ITAM
• CSM
• SPM/PPM
• HRSD
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
• Experience with integrations, CMDB, Discovery, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling large-scale enterprise implementations.

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow CSA
• CAD
• CIS Certifications (ITSM / ITOM / SPM / CSM)
• ServiceNow CTA (Preferred)

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates serving notice period will be prioritized.
• Strong client-facing and consulting experience preferred.
