Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across ServiceNow modules, excellent architectural skills, and hands-on experience delivering end-to-end implementations for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements
  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and platform transformation projects
  • Work closely with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to define solution architecture
  • Provide technical leadership and best practices for ServiceNow development and integrations
  • Architect solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, IRM, or custom applications
  • Review configurations, customizations, workflows, and integrations for scalability and performance
  • Define platform governance, CMDB strategy, security, and operational standards
  • Support presales activities, solution design workshops, and effort estimations
  • Mentor developers and technical consultants across projects
  • Ensure platform stability, upgrade readiness, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong enterprise architecture exposure
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience working on the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience leading multiple end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, workflows, Flow Designer, and automation
  • Expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, or IRM
  • Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
  • Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, and platform governance
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and leadership teams
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow CSA certification is mandatory
  • ServiceNow CAD/CIS certifications are preferred
  • Experience working in enterprise or global delivery environments
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
