Role Overview:

The Sr. ServiceNow Architect will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise. This role is responsible for defining best practices, guiding development teams, and ensuring ServiceNow implementations align with business objectives, security standards, and platform governance.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and lead ServiceNow platform design and implementations.
• Lead deployment of ITOM, HAM, and SAM solutions.
• Able to carry out workshop and manage execution from technical prospective.
• Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Define best practices, governance, and platform strategy.
• Guide developers and review technical solutions.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience with architecture focus.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Required.
• Strong experience with ITOM, HAM, SAM implementations.
• CIS-HAM and CIS-SAM certifications required.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ITSM, HRSD, and GRC modules.
