Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development & architecture.
- Strong expertise in ITSM and at least two other modules: ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, ITAM.
- Solid experience in ServiceNow integrations and enterprise-wide implementations.
- Strong understanding of CMDB, discovery, service mapping, and data governance.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise solutions.
- Expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and automation.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) highly preferred.
- CSA, CIS (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM/SecOps), CAD certifications.
- Experience in Agile or SAFe frameworks.
- Knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 and enterprise architecture principles.
