- Strong expertise inServiceNow CSDM frameworkandCMDB data modeling.
- Hands-on experience inServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and integrations.
- Proficiency in ServiceNowscripting (Glide, JavaScript, APIs).
- Solid understanding ofITIL processesand service management best practices.
- Experience insolution design, workflow automation, and process re-engineering.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNowCertified System Administrator (CSA)andCertified Implementation Specialist (CIS)certifications preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)orCertified Application Portfolio Management (APM) Specialistis a plus.
