Job Summary
As a HRSD Senior Business Analyst you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow HRSD and Portfolio & Project Management (PPM). You will work in a hybrid model collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities and improve business processes. Your expertise will contribute to the companys growth and efficiency impacting the insurance domain positively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow HRSD to enhance business processes and system capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address infrastructure needs and requirements.
- Oversee the integration of Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) tools to streamline project workflows and improve efficiency.
- Provide technical expertise in the design and development of scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Ensure the security and reliability of infrastructure systems to support business operations.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize infrastructure efficiency.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Support the hybrid work model by ensuring seamless connectivity and accessibility for remote teams.
- Document infrastructure processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing infrastructure capabilities impacting the insurance domain positively.
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure development with expertise in ServiceNow HRSD.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) tools and their integration.
- Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus providing valuable industry insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address infrastructure challenges effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model ensuring seamless connectivity and collaboration.
