Job Description

ARi India is looking for ServiceNow Architect to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Implementation: Leading the implementation and deployment of ServiceNow solutions based on the organization's requirements, ensuring proper configuration and customization
Customization: Customizing ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and business rules to align with specific business processes and workflows
Administration: Managing and administering the ServiceNow instance, including user access, security, roles, and permissions
Integration: Integrating ServiceNow with other systems and applications using APIs, web services, and integration tools
Module Configuration: Configuring various ServiceNow modules, such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Problem Management, and more
Workflow Automation: Designing and implementing workflow automation processes to streamline business operations and improve efficiency
