Key Responsibilitie

s We are seeking an experienced AI Software Engineer to design, build, and deploy Generative AI solutions on the ServiceNow platform – our Customer Success Platform. In this role, you will partner with product owners, platform teams, and process stakeholders to translate real operational needs into reliable, secure, and measurable AI capabilities—spanning Now Assist skills, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic workflow

s.
You will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle: discovery and solution design; implementation and integration across ServiceNow workspaces, portals, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub; evaluation and tuning; and production hardening with guardrails, observability, and cost/latency controls. You will also contribute to reusable patterns and reference architectures (including MCP servers and connectors) that expose ServiceNow data and actions to external AI models while meeting enterprise security, privacy, and compliance requiremen

ts.
Required Qualificat

• ions7+ years of overall software engineering experience, with 2+ years in AI / LLM / Generative
• AI.Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and its AI/ML capabilit

• els.Hands-on experience building Claude skills and connectors to enable AI‑driven ServiceNow actions (record creation, case triage, data retriev

• ons.Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python, with good knowledge of REST APIs, authentication/authorization, databases, and system des
