Job Description

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users to ensure smooth IT operations.

• Oversee the daily performance of computer systems and address any issues promptly.

• Install configure and maintain hardware and software components to ensure usability.

• Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with security standards.

• Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement new technologies.

• Document technical issues and solutions to improve the knowledge base.

• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

• Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.

• Manage user accounts and access permissions to maintain system security.

• Provide training and support to end-users on various software and hardware.

• Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects to enhance system capabilities.

• Ensure timely resolution of service desk tickets and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

• Have 1 to 3 years of experience in a Service Desk or similar technical support role.

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

• Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively interact with end-users and team members.

• Show proficiency in installing configuring and maintaining hardware and software.

• Display knowledge of system security practices and compliance standards.

• Have experience with user account management and access permissions.

• Be able to document technical issues and solutions clearly and concisely.

• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
