This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Technician located in Chennai. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, providing on-site field service, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role ensures operational efficiency and addresses service requests promptly and professionally.

• Proficiency in Maintenance and Repair tasks, ensuring equipment operates efficiently and reliably
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems swiftly
• Experience in Field Service operations, with the ability to manage on-site installations and service
• Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and address client concerns
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach
• Willingness to work on-site in Chennai and be flexible with schedules, if required
• Technical diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
• Previous experience in a similar service technician role is preferred
