About the Role

Perleybrook Labs is looking for a skilled Service Technician to support in-house repair, testing, and restoration of Industrial IoT hardware systems. This is a hands-on technical role focused on troubleshooting, component-level repair, and system validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot returned IoT hardware systems
• Perform component-level repairs (PCB, connectors, ICs, etc.)
• Execute firmware flashing and configuration
• Conduct functional and burn-in testing
• Maintain accurate service documentation and traceability
• Validate demo and spare units before redeployment
• Follow SOPs, ESD, and quality standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / ITI in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in electronics repair or embedded systems
• Strong hands-on experience in PCB troubleshooting
• Good soldering and diagnostic tool handling skills
