Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in servicing and maintaining technical equipment, ensuring high-quality customer service and efficient problem resolution.

Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in equipment.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of service activities and parts used.
Collaborate with other technicians and departments to ensure efficient service delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

4-5 years of experience in a relevant technical field.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Technical certification in relevant fields such as electronics or mechanical engineering is a plus.
