This role is with dormakaba, a global leader in access control and automation solutions you'll be selling and managing service revenue for premium products like automatic doors, flap barriers, Skyfold ,boom barriers and many morehigh end products that you see in airports, IT campuses, , high-end commercial spaces and hospitality verticalIt's a solution-selling position wherein you will be responsibleretrofit Sale, Upgradations,AMC sales and Spare sales withAnnual revenue target.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
Find potential retrofit projects in the market, government tenders, and through existing customer bases.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as consultants, facility managers, contractors, and other stakeholders in sectors like hospitality, IT, healthcare, and manufacturing.
Develop and present tailored retrofit solutions that improve energy efficiency, performance, or capacity without replacing the entire system or upgradingthe system .
Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI calculations, and detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
Negotiate deals, overcome objections, and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Use CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
Work closely with engineering and service teams to develop customized technical solutions and ensure smooth project execution.
Provide technical guidance and support to clients, assisting them in selecting the right solutions
Maintain a deep understanding of the electrical and electronic products and solutions offered by the company.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Business, or a related field.
-Proven experience in sales, preferably in the electrical and electronic industry.
-Strong understanding of electrical and electronic products and solutions.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
