Job Description

Job Title: Service Supervisor

Location : Delhi and Chandigarh

Experience: 4+years

Salary: 7 to 8 LPA

The Service Supervisor will lead and manage field service operations for dormakaba's premium product portfolio, including automatic doors, flap barriers, Skyfold systems, boom barriers, and other access solutions deployed across airports, IT campuses, commercial buildings, and hospitality spaces. The role focuses on service delivery excellence, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of 810 service technicians and subcontractors across multiple customer locations
  • Oversee installation, commissioning, and handover of dormakaba products at customer sites
  • Conduct pre-sales technical site surveys to assess feasibility and define installation requirements
  • Coordinate with sales and project teams to ensure site readiness and provide technical support
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints through effective technician allocation and follow-ups
  • Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance Schedules (PMS) for AMC customers
  • Ensure AMC billing completion after successful PMS execution
  • Achieve monthly service revenue targets through:
  • AMC renewals
  • Spare parts sales
  • Upgrade and modernization projects
  • Identify warranty customers and convert them into AMC customers
  • Prepare quotations, BOQs, and technical proposals for spares, upgrades, and service contracts
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, safety standards, and service KPIs

Desired Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
  • 48 years of experience in service operations, preferably in:
  • Access control systems
  • Automation solutions
  • Electro-mechanical products
  • Proven experience in leading and managing field service teams
  • Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and customer-handling abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
