Role Description

This full-time remote role, based presently in Barmer, Rajasthan offers the flexibility to combine remote off-site work with minimum supervision. As a Service Specialist, you will engage directly with clients to address their water treatment needs, provide tailored solutions, perform data analysis to optimize water treatment plans, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate water treatment issues and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues.
• Experience in customer service and sales to drive customer satisfaction and support business growth.
• Knowledge of finance to analyze cost-effectiveness and support decision-making processes.
• Relevant educational background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields with similar work experience of 3-5 years is required.
