Job Description

  • As a Relationship Manager Select / Senior Relationship Manager Select, your role involves managing existing customers of the bank and expanding the customer base by acquiring new clients. You will be responsible for meeting all banking needs of the mapped clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients through leads and family accounts grouping
  • Grow the liability base (CASAFD) by strengthening relationships with premium mapped customers
  • Sell asset, wealth & other products (bank and third party) to increase revenue per client
  • Service clients for all their banking requirements, including bank/3rd party products
  • Increase the bank and third party product holding of mapped clients
  • Meet/call mapped clients for client servicing and cross-selling new products
  • Actively participate in driving campaigns for liability and other products
  • Ensure compliance with bank processes and maintain a high focus on compliance

Qualifications Required:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate with preferred exposure to financial subjects (Post Graduate in Finance/Commerce preferred)
  • 4-6 years of work experience in the banking industry
  • 2 years of relevant experience as a Relationship Manager
  • Valid AMFI/IRDA Certifications; Expired certificates may be considered
  • Experience in a sales-based incentive role is preferred

Desired Behavioral/Functional Traits:

  • Knowledge of banking products and processes
  • Strong Relationship Management skills, with a preference for candidates with an existing set of customers
  • Self-motivated with the ability to pitch products to clients
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities with crisis management capabilities
