Title Service Portfolio & Lifecycle Specialist
About your role
As a Service Portfolio & Lifecycle Manager, you will manage and improve the organisation's service portfolio within ServiceNow, ensuring compliance with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). You will take responsibility for the accuracy, structure and governance of service records, supporting services throughout their lifecyclefrom initial design and transition through to operation and retirement. Working closely with service owners, engineering teams and ITSM partners, you will help ensure services are clearly defined, well-maintained, and operationally ready. You will also contribute to ongoing improvements in data quality, automation, and reporting, enhancing how service information supports both operational teams and business stakeholders.
About you
You have solid experience in IT Service Management, particularly in Service Portfolio, Service Asset, or Configuration Management. You bring strong practical knowledge of ServiceNow, including CSDM, CMDB and service catalog modelling. You are confident working with service owners and technical teams to review data, identify gaps and guide improvements. You understand ITIL service lifecycle concepts and apply them effectively to real-world governance and service modelling. Your strengths include structured thinking, attention to detail and the ability to work independently within established standards.
