Service now SPM

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow SPM modules, including Idea, Demand, Project, Program, and Portfolio Management.
• Manage Resource and Time Tracking within ServiceNow.
• Implement Financial Planning if enabled.
• Customize forms, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client/server-side scripts.
• Integrate SPM with other modules like ITBM, APM, CMDB, and ITSM.
• Build dashboards and reports for portfolio performance, resource utilization, and project health.
• Perform unit testing, support UAT, and provide deployment documentation.
• Support data migrations, import sets, and transform maps for legacy data.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and development standards.
