We're Hiring: ServiceNow Specialist (HRSD / CSM / FSM) PAN India

Location: PAN India | Experience: 510 years | Band: B2/B3

Wipro is looking for experienced ServiceNow professionals to join our team and implement solutions that streamline enterprise processes for employees, customers, and field service teams. You'll work on automating workflows, integrating systems, and deploying enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.

Role Options:

HRSD (HR Service Delivery):

  • Implement HR Service Delivery applications
  • Knowledge of HR processes, case & knowledge management
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/Web services

CSM (Customer Service Management):

  • Hands-on CSM process implementation
  • Experience with integrations using SOAP, REST, email, MID
  • Optimize customer service operations, VA, PA & predictive intelligence

FSM (Field Service Management):

  • Work Order management, scheduling, and dispatch
