Overview

Prodapt is looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Analyst to work from office with experience 3 to 6 years in a fast paced environment.

Title: ITSM Analyst

No. of Positions: 1

Shift Timings: 11 am - 8 pm

Responsibilities

Key Pointers

  • 3-6 years experience in ITSM / IT operations process consulting (in-house IT or consulting).
  • Working knowledge of ITIL concepts and common ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
  • Experience with at least one ITSM platform (preferably ServiceNow; alternatives: BMC Remedy/Helix, Jira Service Management, Ivanti, Cherwell).
  • Strong documentation skills: process mapping, SOPs, governance artifacts, stakeholder-ready communications.
  • ITIL Foundation certification (or higher).
  • ServiceNow experience in specific modules (ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Reporting/Performance Analytics).
  • Exposure to CMDB (Configuration Management Database) practices and service mapping concepts.
  • Experience in regulated environments (SOX, SOC, HIPAA, PCIif relevant).
  • Experience establishing or improving CAB (Change Advisory Board) and Problem Management rhythms.
