Key Responsibilities:

• Administration: Manage and maintain ServiceNow instances and configurations.
• Scripting: Develop and implement scripts to automate workflows and processes.
• Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
• CMDB: Oversee Configuration Management Database (CMDB) activities and ensure data accuracy.
• Application Development: Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
• ITSM: Implement and manage IT Service Management (ITSM) processes within ServiceNow.
• Service Provider: Collaborate with service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in ServiceNow administration and development.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell).
• Experience with system integrations and CMDB management.
• Proficiency in ITSM processes and application development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
