Job Description

SNOW CSM Overall JD Depth and experience will vary as per years of experience

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification Latest or Latest 1, if certification is not readily available then need to complete the certification before joining the work.

Customer Service Management CSM Implementation Specialist. preferred to have but if candidates has good implementation expertise then this is not mandatory. Good implementation experience is mandatory

Chennai Location, working from customer premise is mandatory

Job Purpose

Implement SNOW CSM applications development & integration plans and processes to provide development, testing, debugging, maintenance and documentation of the SNOW CSM applications in line with business strategy and objectives, and Group guidelines and policies

Responsible for GoLive Readiness and communication to the respective stake holders Accountable for collecting the master data from Business to upload in the Product

To maintain and respond on time to the Business regarding any ticket, issues and escalation
