* Experience in CMDB / ITOM / CSM
* ITIL knowledge
* ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions, Jelly & AngularJS
**Role & Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions across global locations.
* Provide technical expertise for ITAM/SAM modules.
* Design and implement ServiceNow integrations.
* Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
* Configure and customize ServiceNow using scripting and development best practices.
* Develop solutions and perform component/integration testing.
* Support process standardization and continuous improvement.
